Returns
- You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the original packaging with tags attached
- Free from makeup, perfume, or damage
- Sale items and accessories (such as jewelry or scarves) are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first to check availability.
- Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
How to Start a Return

- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
